ADOR‘s CEO, Min Hee-jin, has firmly denied allegations that she poached members of the group New Jeans from Source Music.
Today, the entertainment news outlet Dispatch reported that CEO Min postponed New Jeans’ debut after consulting with a shaman. According to the report, Min requested multiple expansions of the scope of work for the trainees from Source Music (who are now New Jeans members) more than four times. Hive Chairman Bang Si-hyuk and Source Music CEO So Sung-jin approved these requests.
The report raised suspicions that Min deliberately delayed the debut to ensure New Jeans would launch under her direction.
In response, Min Hee-jin told YTN, “This information is false” and announced plans to pursue legal action.
