Knetizens react to the words of Le Ssserafim‘s Yunjin.
The group Le Sserafim has unveiled a documentary titled “Make It Look Easy” ahead of their upcoming August comeback, featuring a special appearance by Chairman Bang Si Hyuk, who offers guidance to Yunjin.
In the documentary, Heo Yunjin, visibly emotional while discussing her work on the song, admitted to Bang Si Hyuk that she constantly tries to gauge others’ reactions. When Bang Si Hyuk inquired, “Whose reactions?” Yunjin explained, “I pay attention to the public’s reactions and those of people in the industry.”
Yunjin shared her thoughts, saying, “Since my debut, I’ve expressed a desire to change the idol industry and make a difference. However, people often challenge me, asking, ‘What have you actually changed?’ and ‘How do you plan to do it alone?’ Initially, I just listened to them, but over time, I began to feel responsible for their words. I started questioning myself, wondering, ‘Am I doing enough right now?’

Knetizens’ Comments:
1. After Coachella, female idols who were good at live performances have been well-received. She did change the idol industry even for a while
2. But Bang Si-hyuk’s size is really not human-like
3. This isn’t a malicious comment, I’m just asking, but what did you want to change, and in what way?
4. I used to listen to a lot of their songs and liked them, but overall, the members are overly self-conscious. It’s okay if they have the skills and are confident, but when those who lack skills act like that, it becomes annoying even though I liked them
5. I just don’t want to see or hear about them anymore
6. It’s true that it’s possible to be an idol even if you don’t have any skills
7. There are times to speak up and times not to. Wake up….
8. Let’s start by changing your singing skills!!
9. It really has changed. The average vocals have definitely gone down.
10. Instead of saying you’ll change the idol world, start by changing your own group…
