Recently, Sana attended a YSL Beauty event in Japan, donning an elegant white dress that highlighted her radiant smile and graceful figure.
Numerous photos were taken of her during the event, which were later shared on YSL Beauty’s official Instagram account.
YSL Beauty typically respond to messages from fans on their official page.
However, fans were taken aback when the brand unexpectedly replied to a hostile comment.
A fan wrote: “No body being the same the originalnoooo body @roses_are_rosie”
The comment was meant to belittle Sana by comparing her to BlackPink’s Rosé, who serves as a global ambassador for Saint Laurent.
YSL Beauty replied to the comment with heart and sparkle emojis.
Naturally, fans were furious and expressed their discontent in the comments section.
Fans also took to Twittet to express their anger, trending the ashtag: “#YSLApologizeToSana”.

As a result, YSL Beauty has issued an apology on the comment section of their post, explaining that it was only a mistake.
